The Yo Yo is an automatic fishing reel made of steel with a tempered spring that automatically sets the hook when the trigger is released by a fish taking the bait. When the fish tries to get away, the sprng loaded line reels them back in - automatically. These reels are very popular for catching Crappie and Catfish,
The stainless steel coiled spring retracts the preloaded 60 pound test line when the bait is taken.

Comes preloaded with about 15 feet of strong 60 lb test nylon line. Just add leader line, appropriate hook, weight, bait and go. Spring loaded reel permits about 8-9 feet of nylon line to be pulled, attach another 6-12 feet of appropriate leader which gives you and effective distance of up to 20 feet from shore.
To set it , attach to a limb or sturdy point by the shore or on a dock. Pull out the line. As you pull, the stainless-steel spring will coil tighter and tighter. When you've pulled out the desired amount of line to fish the water depth you want, engage the small wire trigger on the side of the reel. The trigger holds the reel in place, and the spring inside the reel is coiled tightly.
