it's not size 16 like a finger ring its a 16 gauge lip ring

surgical steel its a lip ring

it's a 16-gauge facial piercing ring. It doesn't exactly go through the lip, but it goes through the skin right below your lower lip.

I bought it for my piercing and wound up taking the piercing out as sort of a compromise for my boyfriend and i bought a pack of 3 and used the other 2 as earrings but I don't wear this one. the gauging system for jewelry is the lower the number, the bigger the ring. The standard for post earrings is 18

sorry about no picture but if you google 'labret ring' and look at the images you will see siilar jewelry. this one is a steel post, and the end piece is a pink stone set in a silver-colored ball.
