Sorry, I do not know how to measure seam. I looked it up and it tells me to turn the wedding dress inside out but, It has bead work that may fall off. A professional would have to take those details off and re-apply them.
I believe all wedding dresses can be taken in or out a few dress sizes .

Since you are new, it would be better to have a picture of YOUR dress, with your Listia name written on a piece of paper in front of it. Especially since you are asking for shipping, it will help you to get bids. Are you sure it's a size 6, the measurements listed would be for about a 12-14 dress.
