If you are not familiar with these, you can google them. They are only available on line. I am listing them because I have given up on Keurig and switched to another system. K-cups have a sturdy paper liner that can be used over and over. Just peel back the foil cover, rinse the cup out and let it dry. I used my K-cup carousel for this. When dry, just fill them with your own coffee and pop on the k-kap, costs just pennies compared to the cost of the k-cups. I liked them because I could fill them ahead. Am listing a colored set in another auction. Free shipping.

I had one of those, but it leaked and was messy. These fit very securely, never had a problem with leakage or overflow. And liked that I could make a bunch of cups ahead. I used the colored ones for decaf.
