I agree, I had the same thing from someone sending me a really pretty dangle belly ring, when I got it the envelope was ripped front and back, 2 tiny jewels had come out (1 was completely missing) and the main stud was bent to the point the stone was crooked! Definitely gotta go bubble, lol.
