it is new yarn it has just been wound in balls, we are smoke and pet free home. it is vintage but has never been used. you can go to google.com and look up dazzleaire yarn, i don't know specifics just that it is dazzelaire. hope this helps!

Dazzleaire yarn is bulky?? It looks like regular worsted to me as I have some here at home. Hm. I have not used it in a project yet.

if you notice,that is a customer of mine who looked it up, she was asking more questoins than i could answer, it is more of a worsted, very soft yarn - it used to be popular long ago - i remember in my hippie days i made a shawl out of it. hope this is helpful.
