Very pretty blouse, I just think it was meant for a taller person as it covers my butt and makes my legs look too short :)
I tried to show the buttons on the sleeve. Blouse is slightly opaque but not so much that you need a cami underneath.

it is 100% polyester. It is a thinner weave, though so feels more like nylon.
