Do I have a contract with them no. At one time there was one on there but not anymore. I do have the SIM card that came with it.

It works by just plugging it into ur computer? If thats the case....i'll take it.

Ok so here it is yes you can plug it in and it works I just tested it and it picks up different wifi connections in my apt complex and I was able to go on line through an open signal but the sim that is inserted in it is no longer activated so it says its locked that being said I could not connect it to a gms signal re because there is no active sim in it. So yes you plug it in it prompts you to install and setup. I don't know if there are prepaid plans from AT&T for it or you have to buy a plan or if you could use a different gms sim I just don't know that answer.
