I know its a cdma phone but because it is an older phone (Editor's Choice 2007) does it come with or without a SIM card? Thanks and the Titanium is nicer too...

the phone is in half good and bad conditon its doesnt have any cracks in the screen but one handle is brokke is what was on the other listing is it the same as this one
