What kind of condition is the pattern? Cut or uncut? Are the pieces neatly folded and place carefully in the envelope or are they just crushed into the envelope?

If it's not too much trouble...it's on the back of the envelope, about 1/4 of the way down, right above the sketch with all the pattern pieces. I can make out SIZE (I think), and BUST and HIPS for sure, but I can't make out the corresponding numbers. Anyway, the measurements are on the right side. (Since this pattern is size 12, you'd read the numbers directly under the "12").

size 12,up to 20 bust goes from 30 to 38. under the twelve is 30
