my wife bought it and she has RA and the med she is taking has made her skin on her arms and hands become thin and it tears easily she wont use it .

this is his wife commenting : this is a very nice product any female will love it it does do what it says i havent used this one but my friend and i bought them together she does use hers and it does work it takes a couple weeks (about 3 to 5 ) to see the improvements but i cant use it i have problems with my skin because of med i take i dont use it for fear of causing more damage to my skin

it has the filters in it . i diddnt buy the cream cleansers and lotion just the machine , heads attachments and what comes with it alone . and yes you can buy all of this stuff seperatly from the company or from ebay or amazon
