The listing, Halloween Fairy costume has ended.

This cute fairy costume is home made by myself. I made it for a costume party a couple years ago but never wore it. The shirt is from Rue21. It says large but fits like a medium.
The skirt has many different lengths in the material. I sewed Ivy leaves on both items, for more of a forest look.
Its very cute, the band on the skirt is strechy and i would say it fits medium as well. Could possibly fit large. I am a medium and they both fit me fine.
Put some neon tights and you have a really great halloween outfit.

How long is the skirt? To the knees or higher?

The skirt is way above the knees. Almost like a tutu, would be advised to wear tights and possibly bloomers under the skirt, since it is short and see through
