Measures 4" x 6". Manufactured Fran Mar out of Mt. Vernon NY, which is famous for the adorable "moppet" children artwork, which appeared on many different products such as greeting cards and statuettes for gift giving and more. I could not find another example of this particular item, so have no information about what the original cover on this note pad might have looked like.
