well sorta but they dont have wicks and you dont light them. you just put them on a wax melter ( can be bought pretty much anywhere) and they are decorative. There's a little light bulb that heats the wax and the scent comes out. you can use the wax more than once or until the smell is gone. Then just throw the hardened wax out and put new in
