I have absolutely no idea what this is, in fact I have had a lot of fun posting pics on facebook trying to get people to guess what it is. So comments are open, your guess is as good as mine.

1" wide at one end, 1/4" wide at the other, 6 and 3/4" long, magnet does not stick. The metal is not very hard either, if i had to guess i would say a low content nickel alloy, kind of like the jewelery that is sold at swap meets and novelty stores at the mall.
