this is a holt brand head harness for medium large dogs. I have a german short haired pointer and it fits him great. My dog has only wore it 2 times he likes his other one better. I bought it at petsmart for about $20.

It works really well and it doesn't dig into there skin like choke and prong collars do. My dog walks right next to me with out pulling when he has his on.
