This is a V.1 BodyBugg armband. You wear this around your upper arm and it will measure your calories burned all day long - much more accurate than a pedometer! If you are serious about losing weight this device is amazing and has worked for millions of people!

The BodyBugg is used in conjunction with a membership on apexfitness.com. This is an older model Bodybugg, but it works great. It takes a battery, as you can see in the 3rd picture (whereas the newer models do not need a battery). Then at the end of the day just plug it into your computer's USB port to upload all of your data.

When I used this I had a laptop that ran on Windows XP so I know it is compatible with that operating system.
