The plaque & wooden card holder/protector are also included... Actually, ever since I've owned the card it's never been out of that plaque/case.. I'm not at home right this second to check but to my recollection you can't even get the card out without really messing up the plaque/case.. In other words the card is well protected..:)

When I say really "mess up the case/protector" I mean you'd have to unscrew the screws...which would scratch it up I'm sure & also a good chance of striping the screws..(I don't mean mess up the case, as in destroy it like a piggy bank holding a $100 bill..;) you can take the card in & out IF u really want to...but I wouldn't recommend it & I haven't..;)
