I'm having the same problem bidding. I've earned 1700 survey rewards pts in Dec alone but it only allowed me to bid 500. Must be a glitch. :( I contacted support and hope they'll fix the issue sooner than later.

The whole thing is do you have enough points to cover your bid or not. I don't know why it matters if those points are purchased or earned some other way. They are still your points.

I'm not sure. I've written them four times and asked the same question and have not gotten a good answer. Vudu which was Fandango Now, so I assumed so, but since i have not gotten a good answer answer, I don't know. So, I suggest before you bid call or write Fandango and press them for an answer.

I totally agree with you. I currently have 36 thousand pts but it says I don't have enough non purchased pts. Grrrrrrrr I know most of my pts are from my ended auctions and from surveys. Not your fault we can't bid. Come on support!!

If one of ways sites make money is by clicks or bids, it seems to me that restricting those bids is counterproductive
