To figure out what you have it would help to know what area you were mining tourmaline in Fine red and blue, green comes out of Riverside and San Diego co,. Pink tourmaline comes from Pala Mining dist of San Diego co. CA., Blue tourmaline is called Indicolite, Violet to pink is called Elbaite, Red and pink is called Rubellite, brown is called Dravite, Black called Schorl, comes in green, multicolored rarely white. It occurs with lepidolite, microcline, spodumene, in granite pegmatites. With Andalusite & biotite in schist of regional metamorphic rocks and with siderite & quartz in hypothermal veins, with molybdenite & cassiterite in massive hydrothermal replacement deposits
I know the small one on the top right is pink tourmaline and the one below that has green tourmaline running through it, the two on the top I forget the name but they look like rose pedals, the large one I know has some purple or lavender tourmaline in it, and just not sure on the others sorry
wow very nice rocks, me and my daughter collect, it would be nice to add to out collections- will be watching and saving and I fanned ya for sure !!!!!
