K-cups have a sturdy paper liner that can be used over and over. Just peel back the foil cover, rinse the cup out and let it dry. I used my K-cup carousel for this. When dry, just fill them with your own coffee and pop on the k-kap, costs just pennies compared to the cost of the k-cups. I liked them because I could fill them ahead. This is the last of them.
