This is the Grey Ghost. Originally tied by Carrie Stevens and made famous by the 6 lb brookie she caught that first day that won her second place in Feild and Stream, this is a fly I continue to try to perfect. It's a challenge with limited materials, but I still think it's a beautiful fly.Tied on a sz 4 6x long hook, with imitation jungle eyes, this falls short of the 12x long partridge hook the pattern calls for, but it is cast-able.
I've only one currently, so please, enjoy!
