Don't plant any type of dill and any type of fennel in the same garden bed -- or even on the same side of the house for that matter. They are very easily cross-pollinated, resulting in either "dennel" or "fill" -- NEITHER of which is tasty! Of course, YMMV (but I doubt it will).

no. not unless you not have pollinators indoors, in which case you probably should be more concerned with finding a new home. i'm just sayin' . . .

they will grow in a big pot outside your kitchen door.
