it does work & turns on but the screen is black..but i do not have the charger

the screen does not work its black with white lines on it needs to get fixed but the touch buttons do work.

So the phone turns on and you can use it normally like any other phone its yust that it has those thin lines that u mentioned running down the screen right!!
