Hello, There are two pictures so I am not sure if it comes with the silver ball or not, I fanned you! Also, is this stamped or just silver tone?

It is for both, I'm not sure bout stamped but its sterling silver, it's from Avon. I had it for a while but I never used it coz I don't wear anklet and it never tarnish or change color. It's still very sparkly.
