I'm not sure if your familiar with the Lhasa Apso breed but I was wondering if it would fit my little guy he's about 12 lbs

Well, as it's a Large, probably not. I have a 15-lb shih tzu as well and it's too big for him, but too small for the lab. Does your lhasa's neck to tail meaure 15"? I suspect it would fit a medium, spaniel size dog.
