And for what it is worth, Krista is right. Once you have bids on an item is is against the rules to blatantly end and sell to another bidder. It could hurt your chances of building up a loyal audience to sell to and a good rating with Listia itself, plus you'll end up with a few disgruntled buyers. Your cute little shoes are worth a lot more than 60 credits and you would be doing yourself no favors if you let people take advantage of you being a new seller - you can easily get a few hundred for them, so keep up the auction :) It takes time to get in the swing of things here but it really can be a great experience :)

I cannot help it that both of you are new to the site, all I can do is make sure that the rules are followed. She literally cannot end the auction once bids are placed, no matter what she does, and if she were to send them to you after someone else one them, she could be kicked off. So NO, YOU STOP GIVING ME CRAP FOR FOLLOWING THE RULES! If you don't like it, block me. I myself and a mother of 2 so stick that in your pipe and smoke it. And I earned my credits and everything I have won without asking them to take lower than their item was worth. If you want them bad enough, you will list your own auctions to make enough credits to win them. Don't act like you know everything, cause it will get you no where, especially with me. I have been a member of this site almost a year now.

AmyJane22: I understand you are new, and I wasn't being rude with you, just telling you the rules. Once and auction has started and bids have been placed, you are required to ship that item to the winner. Too much negative feedback and not following the rules will get you kicked off the site. And you seem really nice, and I wouldn't want that to happen. So please, just follow the rules, if others get mad, that's their problem. And I wasn't giving anyone "crap".

Their still available I was contacted yesterday by Listia saying I couldn't stop my auction and I'm not going to I happen to like this site if I would have known you couldn't end it I would have tried I apologize to everyone but I'm abiding by the rules thanks happy bidding!!!!

Amy, you can't. Once bids have been placed you cannot end it. It's just how it works. You have to let the auction run it's course, and if kirstiewoodall92 wants them, she will just have to keep bidding until the auction ends. Don't cheat yourself out of credits.
