I usually reserve this area for telling a bit about the player, but most baseball fans know Prince.
The son of Tigers slugger Cecil Fielder, Prince moved to Detroit in 2012 to play in his Dad's old digs. In 7 major league seasons, he has been an All-Star at the talent-rich first base position 5 times, finished in the top 5 in MVP voting 3 times (and maybe will again this year), and amassed 260 home runs. He led the league in home runs in 2007 with 50 bombs, and in RBI in 2009 with 141. Still only 28, this guy has "Hall of Famer" written all over him.
