How do you make the skull cutouts?

Also is there any way you could make these with a non-slip clip? My daughters hair is so fine (as well as mine) that they slip alot. I love them tho :)

I will see what I can do, my daughter has fine hair and does not have a problem with the ribbed ribbon and firm grip of clip. The skull cut outs are made of felt..but, i am not that talented. I purchased those ! :-)

My daughter has fine, thin hair and this type of clip stays in her hair really well. If you find that they slip out, you can glue a piece of rubber type material on the inside.
