This is a used phone was used as a back up phone in goodcondtion except the back has minor scratches. straight talk is the carrier, it takes a sim card, and a mini sd card.has Mobile web services,MP3 player,camera and video recorder,Bluetooth,picture&text messaging, Hands-free speaker, Voicemail and call waiting,Key pad lock and alarm clock, Phonebook with up to1,000 entries # Battery Talk Time:up to 5hrs I cant find the charger but it takes a standard one and it does have a clean esn

all u have to do is go under account settings on your left side then click on saved addresses. most ppl wont mail stuff unless ur address is set. instead of just emailed to our box. Hope you figure it out (: thanks for looking

This phone will be fully charged when you recieve it bc im charging it up, it takes a standard charger i just only have one it gets shared between 3 phones so i cant get rid of it thanks for looking

yes i do believe so, however straight talk normally mails a new one when you call to get service!! why i do not know. i am now no longer with straight talk !

no, i switched phones all the time and kept my same number. they say can take up to 24hrs but it never does :)
