this is a BlackBerry 8330. it does work and has a clean ESN. it comes with a wall charger, USB charger, and 3 batteries (one installed in the phone and 2 spares.
the only thing wrong with it is that the back battery door is marred up (see pics).. but if you are unhappy with that, ebay sells them cheap.

The plans? You would have to contact Sprint if you are asking for information on their cell phone plans. There is currently no plan attached to this phone.

Does your camera have a flash on it? I have what they consider to be an upgrade to my regular 8330 and it HAS NO FLASH - go figure. I've used it for nearly 2 years this way and HATE it.

i believe it does have a flash. it looks like one right above the camera lens.

No, Sprint doesn't use SIM cards at all, that would be an ATT phone.
