I don't believe so . It says silver clad base . The coin contains 100 Mils of .999 fine silver . I take that to mean it is clad or plated with 100 Mils .999 fine silver.

I got a real silver morgan dollar yesterday I had it appraised at the coin shop he owns he said its real I am hanging on to it its in mint condition

Yeah, 100 mil is the cladding of the coin...so this does hold some silver value if you did the math....100mil times surface measurements, and you can estimate the silver content...
