in the photo it is shiny b/c I had washed her hands and face before putting her online. But now that you asked I had to go check.....You know, it appears very slightly "sticky" she has been washed. Not sure if that is because of the rubber it is made of ?? But yes, very very slightly sticky rubbery face and hands and yes, just checked the feet..those too.
