This is a Sky Devices OctaMax Tablet.It is a tablet and can be used as a phone also. Meaning it has a slot for a sim card to be used with cell phone service. It is a android. Has Google and everything. Just like any other tablet.
It is a very good tablet, functions great. No cracks and no scratches.
Comes with a case.
I bought this used, and I used it as a tablet, til I upgraded to a IPad. I have never used the cell phone service on it. Only used it as a tablet.
Also has a slot for a memory card.
