Description

The listing, 1 Japanese Yen Coin made from Aluminum has ended.

Up for bids is a 1 Yen Japanese Coin. I do not know the exact year, because the coin is written in Japanese. (which I do not know..LOL) I am not a grader, so please judge the coin for yourself. These coins were made out of Aluminum.

The 1 Yen Coin is a denomination of Japanese Yen. The current design was first minted in 1955. The front of the coin depicts a One in a circle with the year of issue in kanji.

Fun Facts: Because all 1 yen coins weigh 1 gram, they are sometimes used in schools as weights. If placed carefully, 1 yen coins will not break surface tension and can float in water.

** NOTE: The coin pictured is not the coin up for auction. As soon as my camera recharges, i will post the picture of the correct coin. I just wanted you to get an idea of what the coin looks like.
