4. I will ONLY accept Paypal OR Concealed Cash (at your own risk) for shipping payments!!

No, it's not real...very nice costume jewelry, at best! I would say that the stone is a CZ but I truly do not know for sure, and the band is gold filled, which is much better than gold plated, because it does have a layer of gold bonded to another metal and it supposed to be tarnish resistant! ...I hope this answers ur questions and helps some!
