I've got plenty of point & they're all non-purchased lol! I've put in support tickets but it's still never been fixed :(

This hurts sellers too though so I've started to let sellers know, maybe multiple support tickets will get it fixed?

I've missed so many auctions last minute because of that error message. That's why I always as for Gin.....because waiting weeks for an auction and then not being able to bid sucks for buyers and sellers.
