Questions & Comments
Sorry for your loss! And wtf that someone would report the auction! If he or anyone is dumb enough to bid on something he doesn't how it works it is THEIR LOSS! The can just auction it off! I hope when your heart heals you can adopt another furry baby. I LOVE Papillons- check the breed out.... They are WONDERFUL!
Can you delete this auction! am high bidder and dont want it after that there ws same one one here i bid on found out theres fees and i reported it and the deleted it.so delete or i have to report it.sorry no hard feelings.
i found this information online thought i would share so others know what there getting into. not trashing your auction but others should know the fees.
$9.95 only gets you the metal tag. In VERY fine print there is a $1.95 activation fee. The service is "free" for only 30 days, but you don't find out the following until AFTER you buy: "Free 1 Month Plan is only available with a 1 year paid subscription". The VERY fine print says it is $9.95 annually after that (but that's not entirely true because that's not the full offer).
After you buy and you register online -- step 3 of 5 lets you choose a one year plan ("standard plan" is $9.95 or longer period for more money) or a "platinum plan" which is $24.95 for one year (or more $ for longer periods). The package the tag comes in says the eAlert service will email and fax your vet, but when you register -- step 3 of 5 shows a chart comparing the plans and it appears you need the "platinum plan" for the service to contact local vets (basic plan only contacts "shelters and rescues"). The Platinum Plan also provides "online alert to 50,000 local neighbors*" but the asterisk says "*SmartTag utilizes Facebook ads to post lost pet alerts to 50,000 local residents". They're not actually contacting that many people.
WOW! who knew lol....un fortunately I never git to use it. my baby Olive dug under the fence and before we could find her, she was hit by a car. We had to put her down. You can see a memorial picture of the most perfect dog in the world on my face book page Gina Odle, Guthrie oklahoma
@mark81...............why would you have it deleted? I did not misrepresent this item. I didn't even hide a comment that was not in favor of it. I have the tag up for auction, NOT the service ...If you win the tag, you can just put a pretty heart tag on your pet.
