Here is the sweetest little lock. The big key inserts into it to unlock the bar. Decorative Chinese Magpie Flower Design. I was told it is made of varnished brass and wood. It is only 1 3/4".

I seen some similar but was a small groove in it for a storage though but I see its not. In ww2 kamikazi piglets put tiny notes and hair orfingernails in the ones I seen and the wife o r loved one would lock it on a chainaround they neck called it kamikaze box or journey boxes
