I bought these for headaches, but i prefer heat.My sister swears by them for migraines
I used one for hot flashes but they dont stay cool 12HR when your body temp is thru the roof.
They cooled me down, though. For sure.
They say up to 12HR, but realistically more like 6.
They dont leave a sticky gummy residue and they start working immediately.
They also make great little soothing patches for sunburn.
Great for scrapes and stings also
So... many uses besides headaches
