I found this in a collection other 16mm film from the 40's and 50's. I believe it is from the library of the Howard Tooley Boys' Club of America. The film seems to be in very good condition. It was stored in the metal case inside the small cardboard box pictured. I unwound it far enough to see the image of a seated Hoover. As I unwound it, the lead brought back memories of watching reels of film in grade school when we would "count down" as the numbers passed by.Please note: I have no way to view the film other than holding it to the light. Please bid with this in mind. Thank you.
