This is adult. I wore it last year for Halloween. It's in great condition! No rips tears or stains. Not a smoke free home to be honest, but this is has been put away in a box until I took it out to take a picture. I am 5 ft 2 inches tall and the cape was touching my ankles. If that helps to realize how long it is. It could be worn for a vampire costume, or red riding hood, whatever you wish.
