When you ship them are you able to put then in bubble wrap and when would you ship them out and what would be the approximate amount of days until it gets to pennslyvania?

I ship out first class in a regular manilla envelope. Within two days. I don't know about how many days to Pennslyvania it takes USPS to ship from Oregon....probably four days but that's a complete guess
