Super Cute Little Girl's 50's Girl Poodle Dress (One-Piece). Size 2T - 4T

Worn one maybe two times in our smoke free home.
Great Condition!!! There is a tine dot on the top. It looks like a pen point mark. (See Pic) I have not tried to was this.

2-4 T is a huge range, my daughter is 3 but is very tall, and wears 3-4, sometimes 5T clothes, but will not fit into her 2 T clothes, so can you please let me know if this is closer to 4T, or smaller, like for a 2 toddler? Thanks.

The tag on the costume says 2t- 4t. The arm legnth from shoulder to wrist is 12 inches. I hope that helps.
