She is called Jewel Sparkles. The other one is of a lala loopsy doll dressed up as a cute monkey with accessories- a pet monkey, chocolate banana, drums, and wind up. He is called Ace Fender Bender.

These two make a cute "couple" lol and go well together. Even though they are separate, they both match with theme.
