shipping charges.

(4) I will not send out an item until the money shows in my pay pal account
or I have recieved the cash, so please don't ask.

(5) I will not lower shipping cost,number of auction days or "GIN", so please don't
ask.

(6) If I do not hear from the winner within 7 days after auction
has ended I will assume they have changed their mind and I will keep
their credits, as it is clearly stated I may do in listia rules,

(7) I absolutely will not ever ever ship outside of the continental
