My mom has one in a different color, and it's a little loose on my mom, who's a size 12. I would say they could go up to about 16/18, but it may be a bit more fitted. Thank you!

I have one similar to this that is size large. I am a size 16/18, and it fits nicely with a little room, but not too much. I hope that helps. : )
