I am not really sure if its sterling, stainless, or what. I have had it for a long time. I think it came from an Avon catalog years ago. And sorry i do not have a ruler or tape measure but i guesstimate its about 24''ish long with a 6''ish extension chain on the one end. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
