Description

The listing, linksys wireless G USB adapter has ended.

I bought this around a year ago and never got to use it. paid $49.99 for it. wanted to make a desk top in a room get wifi but after buying and installing, we realized that my nephews wireless router was shot. so never even got to try. I have since moved and I think the disk got lost in transit. but you can down load the driver on line as any of you tec heads know. I just plugged it in to my desk top and light was flashing . I am sure it works . its brand new just been in a drawer. I have all the booklets and folder it came in. BTW theres a wireless router same brand up for auction right now. "not mine", just seen it on listia. free shipping via 44cent stamp and envelope.

Ok so basically, I need the CD to download the program in order for the USB to work on its on? First time I've seen a USB router (I'm assuming you think I fail lol) and have no idea how those work. I only know how to work regular ones lol...

well you can down load the driver on line . what i think happens on a windows computer is you plug in the card I have and the set up wizard sees the new card and will say search for suitable drivers and you click yes and the computer will automatically find what it needs. but you must have a wireless router for this card to find the signal. I have the instruction book with it.
