I love the outfit but in the first sentence you said it was tight, in the 3rd sentence you said it was too big. I'm just wondering if it's true to size. Does it fit like a size 16 or does it run too tight or too big. Also, what length is the skirt? Knee length? Fanned and Watching!

Thanks for the comment, the skirt is knee length, The dress is too tight across the breast for me, but I do think it is a true size 16.
